Building on a history of welcoming 100+ artists

As Hugo Yoshikawa arrived in Switzerland in august 2016, the Trelex Residencies welcomed their 100th Artist.  To celebrate we mapped out all 100 artists, showing roughly where everyone had arrived from.

And by all means use the map to find Trelex Alumni near you and either continue the work of exchange of discussion which you will have started on your residency if you are an alumni yourself or find out about their experiences if you are considering hosting or attending a Trelex residency yourself. [full screen]

This residency is not quite open yet. The studio is ready, but we are still working on the website to be as complete as possible so potential artists know exactly what to expect. We are also gathering a network of artists and people interested in poetry who will be available to meet with the residents and help them find their bearings in Paris.

So until we are ready to take the first bookings, all we can suggest is that you follow us on twitter and Facebook (see links to the left) and start to think about spreading the word to poets who you believe would be ready to make the most of this opportunity.
